Dr Aniali Aucamp-Nel — Aesthetic Medical Practitioner Dr Aniali Aucamp-Nel is a female South African trained GP, who started specialising in aesthetic treatments in the UK in 2004. Here she worked for one of the leading cosmetic clinics. Her aim is to help her clients look naturally radiant younger looking skin. She offers muscle relaxing injections of the upper and lower face and neck, and hyaluronic acid filler treatments, which both give a more youthful appearance. She also treats hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating). She also performs Mesotherapy, where a cocktail of nutrients, which boost the skin’s own regenerative mechanisms, is injected into the skin with a very fine needle. A lipolytic solution can also be injected through these fine needles into areas of fatty deposits to cause fat cells to dissolve and be excreted or more superficially, into cellulite. Dr Aucamp-Nel performs collagen induction therapy through micro-needling. This is a medical procedure, which triggers an inflammatory response and consequently an increase in growth factors and collagen within the dermis. This treatment is indicated for lax, wrinkled or acne scarred skins with a downtime of only 24 hours. She also performs TCA-peels, which are useful for the treatment of acne, wrinkled, photo-aged and rough skins. Beta-peels are suitable for darker skin types. Dr Aucamp-Nel offers Microsclerotherapy, which involves the injection of a sclerosing agent into thread veins on the legs, to cause them to collapse and fade. Dr Aucamp-Nel is also trained in IPL and NdYag laser, which are treatment modalities for pigmentation, thread veins, rejuvenation and for permanent hair reduction. |
