- All appointments need to be cancelled 24hours in advance. Penalty of 50% will be charged on late cancellations as well as not honouring the appointment without cancellation.
- Please arrive 10minutes prior to your appointment- this will ensure that you enjoy the benefit of your full treatment time.
- Prices may increase at any time without notification. Always enquire with your therapist.
- Please note that late arrivals, even with notification, will affect the treatment time due to scheduling allowances.
- Rescheduling 24 hours or less prior to your booking will result in a 25% administration fee based on the full amount of the reservation, which is payable upon re-booking.
- Rescheduling on the day of your booking will result in a 50% administration fee based on the full amount of the reservation, which is payable upon re-booking.
- DermaCare carries a strictly no refund policy on all voucher purchases.
- Non-arrivals will result in a 50% cancellation fee on the full amount of the reservation, automatically added to your next appointment.
- Less than 24 hours of cancellation notice will result in a 25% cancellation fee on the full amount of the reservation, automatically added to your next appointment.
- Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
