Velashape 2
VelaShape® is a non-invasive body contouring treatment for circumferential and cellulite reduction.
VelaShape enables you to safely achieve a toned, contoured and well-shaped body, typically in 6 or more treatment sessions; making you look and feel more youthful. VelaShape provides dramatic results without significant discomfort.
This type of efficient heating and vacuum stimulates the growth of new and better collagen and elastin which results in a localised reduction in skin laxity, body volume, and an overall improvement in skin structure and texture. A reduction in both circumferences and the appearance of cellulite in the treated areas can be achieved.
VelaShape technology combines infrared light, bipolar radiofrequency energy, and vacuum, which cause deep heating of the fat cells, their surrounding connective tissue, and the underlying dermal collagen fibres.
The ideal VelaShape patient is someone with a BMI (Body Mass Index) of less than 30. Cellulite treatment areas could be arms, thighs, buttocks, flank and abdomen. Most patients see gradual and cumulative results throughout the treatment regime.
